Hello Peter.I would like to thank you with the problem that my colleague had at the Glen Mall that u helped us with.I had the similar situation today at Clicks Lakeside mall with a perfume I bought lastyear December.Their Manager Johannes disrespected me when I complained about the perfume Issey Miyake which they sell there which costs R1377 and said I must call the supplier and tell them that I'm not happy with the smell of the perfume.He asked if I tested the perfume before buying and I said yes and I told him his asking me a stupid question because the tester was totally different from the perfume I bought.The perfume lasts 2hours then the smell it's gone when the tester lasted a whole day.They took the perfume a month and ha half ago saying they will give the supplier then when I went back today he said he won't refund or replace because I've used the perfume.I told him I had to use the perfume since I bought it that's when I realised that it doesn't last and the smell is different.
