Xmas to busy for the staff?

We went to clicks Baywest today and when i got to the cashier she asked if i wanted a plastic bag and i joked and asked if it was free and when she said no i said no dont worry and i said to her its a joke so dont be so serious. The staff needs to be taught to handle stress! Come on! I fully understand and dont blame retail staff for being irritated this time of the year, but they need to not be so up tight! Come on clicks do something! I have always had great service at this store and i suggest that you do something about stress management!
