wrongly charged

My medical Aid was charged for medicine I didn't buy. I was never at the Clicks Fairlands on the 30th May 2022. last time i was at the shop was before lockdown in 2020. I get a bill from my medical aid claiming meds, and all they can say is sorry. which means ***** can occur and sorry is the word for the day. I called today at 9am and was told it would be escalated and then promised call back between 12:15 and 13:00 i had to call back myself for them to assist. they said the claim was done in error and me and that person share the same date of birth.. utter nonsense if i may say

with clicks they need to ask for ID or Medical aid card or clicks card to verify .
