Wrongfully accused of *****ing

Good day

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the female security on duty at clicks in soneike today. I came into the store and went to the pharmacy to buy medication for diarrhea and cramps and I paid in cash. On my way out I stopped to count the cash in my purse and put my slip away into my purse. As I was leaving the store there was no scanner that went off or anything but the security insisted she saw me put something in my bag. The more I told her I did not take anything she was adamant. We went to the till where I paid and the cashier said I paid. She then proceeded to search my hand bag where I had a dove soap and a Jordan kids toothpaste and both items were purchased at clicks In Worcester. I went on to explain I bought these things and paid for them but no longer had the slip. She said I should have told her at the door. Why should I report on something in my handbag this has never been a policy at any store. She kept telling staff she saw me put something in my purse. I was then taken to the back for footage to be viewed. The manager then came and asked am I going to pay for the soap and I said no because I already paid for them in Worcester she then asked if I had a clicks club card which I gave to her. She then eventually came back and told the security that I had paid for the items. There was no remorse shown for the way I was treated and nor did the security apologize for her actions and wrongfully accusing me. I was viewed by all the staff and customers as someone who stole something. This has never happened to me before and it was a very traumatizing experience. I am not leaving this matter as is and I will take legal action against the store and the security company for tarnishing my image and for publicly embarrassing me. I have been a club card owner for years but I will never set my foot in another clicks and I will also take this to social media so that people will know to never purchase at clicks soneike again.
