WRONG PRODUCT IN PACKET

i just realized that the the twin ppl toilet paper in some packets is not REALLY TWIN PPLY BUT ! PPLY, i sent an email to clicks only for them to respond and say i need to provide them with the packets bar code as well as the expiry date which i do not have,
