Wrong pricing on shelf

I purchased an item at clicks that was wrongly prices or rather not even priced on shelf. Upon paying the item scanned a different price when i queried it with the manager they said sorry and carried on with what they were doing. As per the consumer act the customes has the right to pay for what they saw on shelf. Im livid by the level of customer service at that store as im a regular clicks shopper but ive never receive such poor service and lack of acknowledgement from the staffas they were in the wrong. Ive had a similar problem at clicks cornubia but the staff accepted that the fault was on their side and i paid the price advertised on shelf. So im just appalled if the staff receives the same training or not if one store can follow consumer policies and another does not care.
