Wrong prescription by pharmacist

I went to the pharmacy at Clicks Village Square. I said to the pharmacist that I would've loved to do tests but seeing that the clinic is not opened, would she be able to assist if I told her my symptoms. She confidently said yes, and prescribed something for me. I returned to the store today because the medication she prescribed did not work at all. Instead I developed more awful symptoms. I'm not happy about this. The other pharmacist said it's my loss. Now I have to get another medication for something that could've been resolved already. I'm not happy with this service!
