wrong prescription

I sent my husband to a Clicks Pharmacy Jabulani to pick up my prescription of Duromine, he was given Odimune instead, he says that he checked the contents of the packet before leaving and asked if these were Duromines and Paul confirmed that they were, not satisfied with his response he got home and Googled what Odimune was and what was it used for, to our surprise Odimune is used in HIV positive patients. I understand that mistakes happen but now I have my medical aid company sending forms to fill out for chronic medication. And if such a mistake can be made, how many other patients are taking the wrong medication? I have tried numerous times to call the Pharmacy and have this mess sorted out, it doesn't seem that their phones are working.<br>
