Wrong Parkinson's dose dispensed by Click Middelburg mall pharmacy

My mother has Parkinson's disease. This is a progressive disease where decline slowed with medicine. The neurologist gave my mother a new prescription February this year. She went to Clicks pharmacy @ Middelburg Mall. Instead of Oxpola 1.25mg three times per day, they dispensed 0.125mg three times per day. 10 times less the prescribed dose. This caused a tremendous setback, where previously the condition was stable, she now suffered multiple tremors, day and night. The complaint was lodged with Clicks and SAPC and to this day there was no apology, acceptance of negligence or resolution for my mother. The disease progression is something that might have been delayed but now worsened due to this error and complete lack of care.
