Wrong medicine given 4 days ago - no response - no medicine left

It's now 4 days since I told Clicks - on various channels - they gave me the wrong life-sustaining medicine and I asked them to deliver the correct medicine urgently.

No response. No medicine. I have none left to take today.

Is this how Clicks treat their customers?
