Wrong medicine

My wife went to Clicks vaalmall for her chronic medicine. They got her prescription on computer. When she want to take her medicine this morning luckly she realise it does not look the same. When checking the bottle she realise it is the wrong medicine. She took it back but they refuse to take it back and give money back. We had to pay for the right medicine again. No apology nothing.
