Wrong medication - potential health risk & legal backlash

Today I went to Clicks to collect monthly chronic medication. As you know, your pharmacists wrap the medication in plastic bags, so we can't see what we're getting until we get home. Tonight, I was shocked to find that I'd been given the wrong medication. Not for the first time.

I don't have time to go back to your branch. Will you be delivering the correct medication to my home tomorrow, to keep me alive and resolve this amicably?
