Wrong medication despatched

Last week Friday 22/01/2021 I received a script for bladder relaxer pills from my gynecologist, I was unable to collect it myself and sent a friend, He got to the pharmacy and dealt with Paballo Mogomotsi. He questioned Riaan asking about y endometriosis, checked the script and ended up giving Liso 5 ( lisinopril 5mg this happens to be hypertension medication.

I used the pills thinking it was Lyrinel xl 5mg for my bladder. Sunday night 24/01 I decided to read up about the pill cause I never left a change in the my bladder. I immediately contacted a friend that confirmed I was given the wrong pill.

Mind you the script is from the gynae so why would I need hypertension medication. Monday afternoon I went back to see the manager in charge and employee but both of them were off. I spoke to a lady named Nira Rama, she assisted me with a similar pill but also promised they would be in contact with me regarding the mistake. I assured it would be dealt with. Robert was supposed to be in contact but up until now no word from the branch. I spent anything between R500 - R1000 on household items, toiletries and chronic medication monthly at Clicks and yet this is how they treat loyal customers. Not a word, no apology. I am so disappointed in the columbine branch.
