Wrong Item delivered

I placed an order for 5 items at clicks on the 18th of December 2024. I received them within the turnaround time, one of the items was wronngly delivered. The order was a collectionn from one of the clicks store which is Killarney clicks and i could not pickup the item. Immediately had to send an emaill of wrong delivered order notification. My current situation is that i am only given a refund option and i can't receive my order anymore. So i am saying i do not want a refund. I have head many complaints about clicks online but only when i had made payyment that i remembered about their poor online services. I should think a big organisation like clicks wil be offering excellent customer care, but unfortunately its the worst.
