I am writing to express my concern about a medication I purchased at Clicks Cresta Mall. Unfortunately, the dosage instructions provided by the pharmacist were misleading and differed from the instructions provided in the enclosed leaflet.

To make matters worse, my wife visited Clicks Jackal Creek Corner and was given a different dosage instruction for the same medication for our daughter. After reviewing the leaflet, it appears that the dosage given to my wife was correct.

I am worried about the inconsistency in the dosage instructions provided by your pharmacists at different locations. As a customer, I expect accurate and reliable information from healthcare professionals. The discrepancy has caused confusion and raised concerns about the potential impact on my child's health.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take steps to ensure that your pharmacists provide consistent and accurate dosage instructions.
