Wrong delivery!

I ordered appliances for my mom online, called in Thursday to check when I would receive my orders, I was told I would receive the Friday (27/08). Parcels did arrive but the one box contained items from a different store that did not even belong to me. Called Saturday morning, I was told someone would call me on Monday. Someone from On the dot called, to inform me that they will be collecting the parcel and “hopefully “ bring mine on Wednesday. I am not happy with this incident. My parcels will not even be sanitised before they are brought to me.
