Wrong colors delivered

I ordered a pink lunch bag and i got a blue one, would have been nice to receive a call notifying me that they didn't have the pink. I am writing this complaint because i saw the receipt said i should return the products to the store if not happy, but i wouldn't shop online if i had time to go to the store would I? I have already used the bag, but possibly let people know if you don't have something so they can buy it from elsewhere
