Wouldn't let me buy wipes at 16h54

No words can describe my absolute disgust in Clicks Blue Route. I got to the door at 16h54, it would have been a quick visit as I desperately needed to buy baby wipes for my twins as I had none left. The security wouldn't let me in, told me to go to dischem and then and called a staff member when I didn't want to, I didn't see her name (she was young, short and Indian looking). She explained to me that I cannot come in because they close at 5, I mentioned that it was not 5pm yet and I just need a pack of wipes. Getting irritated now with me she told me that at 16h45 they lower the gate so that they can work the last customers out because they also want to leave. She then told me that if she lets me in then she must let everyone else in. There was 1 gentleman waiting for someone and 1 more who also seemed to be just waiting. This is really unacceptable. You should then rather advertise that the store closes at 16h45. Nobody should be treated this way, all I wanted was baby wipes for my kids. I hope something can be done about this.
