Would not recommend shopping on clicks online to anyone!!

Purchased an air fryer online but I received no order number. My account was debited and when I contacted clicks no one can tell me what is going on?? This is unacceptable. I want my money or my air fryer please contact me urgently I am extremely angry as this is theft. Ref number ***8
