Worst service from PHINDILE DLADLA Clicks Kempton Park

I'm extremely disappointed regarding the service I received from a pharmacist at the Clicks Kempton Park Square branch earlier today.

Upon my visit to the pharmacy, I was issued ticket number "S292" and proceeded to wait for my turn to be served. However, a series of events transpired that left me feeling neglected and disregarded as a customer. The pharmacist at till 7 called the customer assigned ticket number "S291" multiple times without success. It was only when I was called to his till that the previous customer arrived and requested assistance, leading to a delay in my own service.

In particular, I encountered an issue with a staff member named Phindile Dladla, who not only refused to assist me but also displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service. Despite my rightful turn for service, she chose to prioritize another customer who arrived after me, dismissing my concerns and leaving me without resolution.

In a nutshell, I feel sorry for any customer who has to deal with PHINDILE DLADLA from Clicks Kempton Square
