Worst Service from Clicks pharmacy

I am so upset by the service I received at Clicks Pharmacy in Pinelands Howard Centre by the Pharmacist by the name of Clive Daniels, that man looked me into face and told he can't give me my medication and he can override what the Dr's email/ prescription. I am a chronic patient since March 2020 and been collecting my medication from Clicks pharmacy, my script has been renewed on the 27th April and my Psychiatrist emailed it directly to the pharmacy which he has done previously and I have never had any issues. I haven't had my medication since Sunday and I tried explaining to the Clive that I don't have any medication, instead he said to the African guy to explain to me that he can't give me the medication, as why I don't know because I understand English and he just didn't want to listen to me even when I offered him my Dr's number to verify whatever issue he has. Mind you I explained to him that I had a virtual consultation with my Dr hence an emailed prescription, he said I should go to the room's to fetch the prescription. My question is, isn't he supposed to consider the health of the patient? I do not see myself collecting medication from Clicks Pharmacy ever after the treatment I got today.
