Worst service from Clicks Customer Service

I am highly disappointed at the service I received from clicks head office purely because of them making a mistake by linking my card and my mothers card then making it our problem. It is very unprofessional of them to hold us accountable for something that they said that they will send to their IT department. This is purely by far the worst experience I received from a retailer and would never see myself shopping at their brand as they clearly don't care about their customers.
