WORST SERVICE FROM CLICKS

I have been a client of clicks for a really really long time however my recent experience has left me very upset . I called clicks online on 12/10/2018 regarding an error on their online system saying that I want the item as advertised online. The item was advertised at the wrong price and I wanted three of the items at the advertised price. I was given a reference number and told that i will receive a call from their online manager the very same day. After several emails and calls to them still no one bothers to call back. It has been a month and even after all my communication to the online team no one has had the decency to let me know whats happening. Pathetic service. It is the worst service i have ever received from any service provider. I am truly disappointed and upset as i also come from a customer service industry and can not accept their lack of respect for their client.
