Worst service ever at clicks queenswood

Had the worst service at clicks queenswood. I had to wait 28 minutes for assistance at the chemist. When I enquired from one of the tellers why it took so long, she said (rolling her eyes) they are busy, by theway there were only 2 people in front of me, so I'm not sure what they were busy with.
