Worst service ever at Clicks Hillcrest.

I had the most terrible experience at Clicks Hillcrest corner branch, where i am a very regular customer of the shop, i shop there every week. Today i recieved such terrible service and attitude from one of the ladies who work at the beauty/skin care section, i came through to her asking for assistance on one of the products i wanted to buy, she turned to me and rep**** to me in a very rude manner and then walked away from me,she went and stood at the other end of the section and persued a conversation with one of the ladies, i got upset and asked her why is she walking away from me, she again rep**** in a very rude manner and said: cant u see that im busy talking to her (as she referred to the other lady)... She then mumbled something underneath her breath and then both her and the other lady started laughing out load.

Not very far from us, was another staff member who came through and offered to assist me, which she did very politely and pleasant. I then took what i was buying and went through to the counters to pay for it, as i was walking toward the aisles, the same rude lady was now standing at the end of the aisle having a chat with one of her peers, she turned, looked at me and then looked the other way, continuing with her convisation, i stood there and had to wait for her to finish her chat with her peer before she moved away for me to join the quee.

I was about to let the 1st incident slide but at this point i was very very angry, as she moved away, i asked her for her name because she was not wearing a name badge, she turned and gave me a very terrible look, which lasted for a few seconds before she answered me and said: "Thandeka, and then immediately walked away.

A few minutes when i left the store i googled the stores contact number, at this point i was very angry and knew that i cant just let this slide without bringing it to the branch manangers attention.

When i called and asked to speak to the mananger; to my suprise the lady who came and offered me help was the branch mananger and all this transpired infront of her, which was more even shocking to me, to think that a staff mamber can act so rude to a customer with no care infront of thier mananger, i mean what type of working environment is this. As much as the mananger was pleasant and helpful but how do u let a staff member treat a customer like that in your presence.

When i spoke to the mananger over the phone, She said: I know you, you are a regular customer and im very sorry, i saw how rude she was to you and i will ask her to call you and apologise.
