Worst service ever

On the 2 March 2024 my son bought a brown classic watch, it lasted for 2 weeks and the belt is now out of the watch and only 1 belt. I took it back today without a receipt but the cashier traced it as serial ******, when the casher was advising me to get something to the value of the same watch. A guy named Murendeni refused and said they cannot return a watch without a receipt yet the store got me a new receipt C0005 #1862. How can clicks agree to sell watches with such bad and not lasting quality? I want my refund a watch is not an electric equipment as claimed by Murendeni.
