Worst service ever

I am so furious, I made an online order but to my surprise it was wrongful sent to another location. A stranger had to call me to tell me that my package was left with her. Why would a parcel with a Kenton On Sea address be delivered to Alexandria. I'm so angry. I can't take sorry for this. This is just to much. Clicks is unreliable, I'm due to leave but now my order isn't with me. Why, why, why?
