Worst service ever

I have been a customer of theirs for years. After visiting many stores in the country, I cannot believe how evidently badly run by senior management the stores in the eastern Cape. After many discussions with staff at various levels of employment, the problem seems to be coming from head office it's self. The staff are never happy, always looked exhausted and thus are very unhelpful. As for their complaints page on line, it is always down or complaints don't seem to be resolved. If they don't start looking after their staff quickly, they will land up being bankrupt. All I can see is many legal battles in their future at their current rate.
