Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I shopped online a few times. First 2 times was great until the 3rd time. I didn't receive my order. Phone them to query the status, just to be told that it was deliver in 22 July past 5 and signed for by Given. In the first place, I am not Give, how can the courier hand someone over to someone else? Secondly we close at 15:00 on Fridays, so the courier arrived at closed doors and just thought it will be fine handing over a parcel at any random person on the street. Lastly we do not have a Given working for us!!! What does Clicks tell me? I must wait 48 hours to 48 working days for them to investigate and only then I will know if I get my money back. That ia unacceptable. I do not have money to buy things twice. I do not have money to waste. This is not my fault. Clicks and the courier company should man up and take responsisbilty for their mess and make right by their clients. I did not wait 48 hours to pay my order. Why in the hell should I wait 48 hours to 48 working days. I will NEVER SHOP at Clicks again, online or instore. This is ****************.</p>
