Worst service clicks gateway

Terrible service I bought Revlon hair dryer 23 November 2018 From clicks in gateway and the hair dryer had stopped working the hair dryer has 2 year guarantee unfortunately I had lost my receipt I tried calling gateway clicks many times and there was no answer however I got through the call center and they called the store trying to assist me after I explained my story still the manager in the gateway store refuse to help so I decided to go to the store the manager walked away from me many times he was however so rude that he refused to assist me in anyway possible he was interested in just filling his times to go home Worst service I have ever experienced in my life I was in clicks on the 16 January 2020
