Worst service

Yesterday I went to clicks pharmacy at mimosa mall Bloemfontein.. I had the worst service ever. I explained to the lady that assisted me that in the past week I had been drinking antibiotics and probiotics for flue and now I'm having a serious thrush and need something for it preferably a pill as I had been using candizole it have had no relief. The response I received was that I can only receive pill medication for thrush if I go to the docter. Now it's after five and there is no way I will get a docter at that time. So I asked if she can give Me anything else in the meantime and she said no. I then saw a box next to me written Colorex and saw that it was thrush medication I asked if I could have those. She went to the medication rack and asked her colleague if she knows where Colorex is, that medication for thrush she said screaming for everyone to hear. I don't go to the counter at clicks for everyone to know business but she was not descreat at all abt it. She came back with the pills the medical aid did not wanna pay for it she said I asked if she can check how much they will be cash and she told me. So I left without the medication as it was expensive. I am writing this coz I'm very angry if clicks pharmacy is going to give us service like this, we will gladly take it elsewhere. You know the worst thing abt my experience is that I felt the lady was too casual, she did not take me serious at all and did not put herself in my shoes. I'm sure she didn't even realise that I have two profiles at click pharmacy and only tried on one that does not work but I stand to be corrected on that one just an assumption. She had no name tag, no white coat these that they normally wear she was wearing a black doek with beads and kept on telling her colleague s how she is graving for coffee.. how they dress up or how many cup of coffee they drink is non of my business but we as customer's need them to show up when we need them.. we are not getting this for free we pay for it.
