Worst pharmacy in South Africa!!!!!!

Some of the worst customer service we have experienced as a family and as individuals ever. The staff at the pharmacy take forever to get to you. Even if you are the only person in line (today was no different, it took them nearly 20min). Once you are being help the service remains slow and there seems to be no urgency. The last straw today, that has made me decide to never go back to a Clicks in my life again (I would rather drive, with a smile on my face, the ekstra 5km+ to get to the nearest dischem) was when the again rejected medication for my sick 2yo. Every single time it gest rejected. And no she is not too young for the medication, we checked. Their excuse? Oh maybe there is something on our medical aid policy we didn't check that prevents her from getting medication. If that was the case why do we get the medication successfully at any other pharmacy? When asked to check if everything is correctly loaded on the Clicks system you are given attitude with holier than though mentally. Clicks really has become the worst pharmacy in South Africa and from this day on I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone avoids it like the plague.
