Worst pharmacy

Customer service in most clicks pharmacy is not "on "shame, from clicks Lethlabile mall is the worst, waited for 45min and then suddenly my number was skipped and they called 3 people after my number then I went to an assistant to ask him why my number was skipped and the guy told me that maybe they called my number I didn't hear it. I said how because I've been there busy checking my number to be called. ...after that I gave him my mother's i.d number for a script that was loaded in Roodepoort he couldn't find it apparently his system is giving him problems today,why were we not told that the system has problems and we decide if we stay or leave,I also had a script which my Dr (local dr)emailed to them,they could not find that either.if there was a 0 rating I would have rated them 0.
