worst pharmacy ever

i have been emailing them since 30 june 2021. their head office does not answer their phone lines, and the service in store is NON-EXISTENT. they ignore emails and conveniently ignore essential details already provided in the original email. They forward my email around, without providing me with anything concrete, back and forth.
