Worst Online Shopping Experience with Clicks

This is the worst online service I have ever received!!!! I placed the order last week Thursday on the 17th of December 2020 "due to technical errors" my order was never received however the payment went off! After numerous phone calls and emails, no one is getting back to me. Today I phoned again on 22nd of December 2020. Now they want to refund my money back on the card and I have to wait a further 14 - 17 working days?? Why????
