Worst online shopping experience.

I tried multiple times to create an account and link my clicks club card. Kept saying that there were technical issues. Then proceeded to try and purchase as a guest and this timed out. I then go back only to be told that I can't shop for another 20 mins because I already have a purchase pending. I tried the call centre and the call got dropped twice.

What is the point of running online specials if a customer can't shop for them!
