Worst online shopping experience ever

<p>I'm a regular online shopper and use websites such as takealot. I decided to try Woolworths and Clicks. It was a pleasant experience shopping on the woolworths website. Clicks on the other hand was such a terrible experience, their website made me want to pull my hair out a couple of times. When you are going through a list of items on promotion, and click on 1 to view details then go back to the list, it takes you to the very beginning, and you have to scroll all the way down to where you left off. this becomes a big problem when buying a lot of items on promotion.</p> <p>You add an item to your cart, when you go back to the list of items it takes you allllll the way back to the top of the list again.</p> <p> </p> <p>THen they send you and sms telling you they will deliver today, I gave them my business address. By 16h30 they still hadn't delivered. I called the call centre and the agent just transfered me to the courier company without even giving me a tracking number. The courier company told me to call clicks back. I call them back and they still cannot tell me if my parcel will be delivered today or not.</p> <p>Click can learn a thing or two from takealot and woolworths.</p>
