Worst Online Shopping Experience

Completely livid at the clicks online team. I did an online purchase on the 15th of January which was not delivered to me because of damaged goods as stated on the website. I requested a refund a and to date did not receive my money back which amounted to more than R1000. Your call centre team is also hopeless and do not call back with information. They really need better training and communication skills as sometimes they can be quite argumentative even though they are not doing their job. I want my refund back and can it show you that I will never be shopping online with you again.
