Worst online shopping experience!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CLICKS !!! I chose the click and collect option because it was quick ( 1 to 3 days wait ) and more convenient. Im waiting almost 7 days for my parcel !!! Phoning in? They can't give me answers! It's annoying!!
