Worst online Shop in SA

On Monday the 30th of October2017 I bought a electric shaver on the online site of clicks, I selected the click and collect option as I needed this item ASAP, by Tuesday the Item was not available at the store I chose to pick it up from I called the call center and they informed me that the Item is still in transit from Johannesburg and will be at the store by Wednesday, Wednesday came and gone, by 15h00 on Thursday I still could not get the item from the store, I again called the customer care line and this time I was informed that the items comes from their warehouse in Olifantsfontein which now even further away from Johannesburg, I instructed them to cancel the order and refund me the money I was told that it is done and I will receive an email to say that the order is being refunded it is now Friday Morning at 09h10 and no email or phone call was received from them. I would definitely not use them again or recommend anyone else to make use of this online site, you can order the same thing from overseas and probably get it sooner than what they can deliver in.
