Worst online service ever

Doesnt even deserve 1 star.placed an online order on 18des 2018.no cofirmation mails ect.phoned with enquiry twice before delivery...no feedback.delivery on 24th...only half with no reason why.phoned a few times...no answers.promised to phone back.no callback.sent fb msges and posts.only reply was that they are sorry for delay in response and will get back to me...no answers yet.terrible service and my money obviously gone.
