WORST ONLINE SERVICE

Clicks online has the worst service. I would not advise anyone to buy online from them, more especially if you have anything urgent you would like to use from your order. With everyone being advised to use online buying, to reduce the number of times we are out in public, I thought using Clicks online platform, I was making things easier and safer for myself. Little did I know that a standard delivery (which should take between 1-3 days) would take them more than a week to deliver. Bought items with them on the 1st of December, and got STD delivery ( and I expected my delivery, latest on Friday 4th) to this day, I have not received my parcel, and I will now be left with no choice but to buy items I have already bought, because I have run out, and Clicks does not seem to be bothered with being quick with deliveries. With Lockdown having been with us for almost half the year, one would think such a big company will make plans to have deliveries to the rightful person, timely having had such a long time for trial and error. WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!
