Worst Online purchasing site ever!

The worst online purchasing experience EVER!!!! Placed order as "Guest" for goods on the 11th January. Did not receive any comms whatsoever. Wrote an email and called customer care only to be given a reference number and a promise of a follow up and phone call ALL TO NO AVAIL!! What was supposed to be a easy exercise to collect my hoods from the preferred selected store and now Its almost 2 weeks later and still nothing!!!! Useless online shopping experience!!!
