Worst online click-and-collect service

I ordered online and waited over 2 weeks for item to be ready to collect from the La Lucia branch but I did not get any feedback and was told it was in transit. Finally got fed up and went to the store to check what was going on and cancel the order they went to the back and looked for my package and came and told me it was not there, I told them please cancel the order and they told me I need to contact online support to do that while about to exit the store I received an SMS saying the order is ready for collection.
