Worst manager at clicks Canterbury!!!!

Terrible customer service from a *********** and rude manager on the 8th Feb 2026!!!. He did not want to share his name with me and could not handle my issue at all. He is not fit to be a manager and needs to be spoken to by higher management pls!... I am extremely angry at his way of handling things after I told him my situation. I need someone to address this urgently pls.... next is me going to hellopeter to escalate this further!!!!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
