worst incident ever

I went to clicks the one in Pretoria CBD, Madiba street (Vermeulen) opposite wimpy. I went to buy toilet rolls and a packet of chips and a chocolate when i got to the till, the teller told me that I get a coldrink free for buys chips and chocolate and i said okay that fine. when i was about to pay I asked her where is the free coldrink and she told me that who do I think I am, why cant i fetch the coldrink myself cause I am the one who wants the cold. That's when I told her that cant she ask someone who is not busy to fetch it, if shes busy then she said I must not annoy her. I then asked her to call her manager, she told me that I must to go him I am the one who is looking for the manager, while i was still busy asking for the manger, the manager came along she continued telling me who do I think I am, coming here acting like a boss, you ugly thing and so on. and she then pick about something trying to hit me with it. That's when the manager took me to his office. And guess what, the teller was left at the till, the manager did absolutely nothing about it and didn't say a single word to her. That's when I realized that she has such an attitude towards customers because the managers are allowing them to and when they behave as such there are no consequences hence this behaviour continues. I am so disappointed and I am never going to buy at clicks anymore.

I told the teller I am going to lodge a complain. I wanted to take a picture of her name tag cause I didn't have a pen, she told me I should go ahead shes doesn't care and she posed for me with an attitude. I heard that tellers a rude, but the rudeness that I experienced yesterday is was extreme.
