Worst experience at Clicks

On the 24th of September 2025 I visited the clicks pharmacy at 345 West street to collect my medication. On the ticket machine I press collect and my ticket gets called, the lady at the counter then asks if I received an SMS to come and collect and I told her no. She then tells me to go back and take another ticket because I was supposed to take a prescription ticket if I didn’t get an SMS. I politely inform her that I was next in line anyway I shouldn’t have to get another ticket. The lady insists and I go to get another ticket, she then proceeds to help a customer that came after me.

I found her treatment to be unfair and unreasonable, I collect my script at that branch and the fact that I was next anyway in the line, I don’t see why I had to get a different ticket.

Finally my ticket gets called, I get to the counter and ask about the lady that refused to assist me, her colleague said her name is Ncedisa ***ana.

This other lady (Slindeli Balindile Sikhakhane) proceeds to assist me and then when packing my medication she stops to show another lady serving next to her my medication. I have no shame about the medication I am taking. I was there to collect HIV medication but what I am curious to know is why would she stop to show another person what I’m collecting?

This is by far the worst service I have ever received at any Clicks store. I have never experienced this level of disrespect my whole.
