Worst experience at clicks

We’ve been standing outside clicks oakfields for over an hour since electricity came back and they told us rebooting the system would take halve an hour buts it’s over that time. The staff are sitting having a chat no one is working on the computers. I call the number of the person responsible for the store to ask what’s going on, and I was not happy with the answer I ask for customer service number he said he doesn’t know it. I said that was ridiculous and he just hung on me
