Worst Ever Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Clicks. First, they did not update the status of my order on my account, which was frustrating. Second, I called two of their consultants yesterday, and both assured me I would receive my parcel that day. However, that did not happen. When I contacted DPD, the courier company, they informed me that my parcel has not even left their facility yet, let alone been handed over for delivery.

Additionally, during my call, one of the consultants answered but then proceeded to chat with her colleagues in the background, ignoring my concerns. I have this interaction recorded. I am still waiting for my parcel, and today is Friday with no updates.

Overall, the customer service from Clicks has been distasteful and unacceptable.
