worst ever

On the 27/11/2018 I placed an order with them online. The money was deducted from my account but the order never went through. I have send them all the proof and still no one helps me. on Friday the 30/11/2018 I was told that the agent working on the case will phone me. Monday the 3/12/2018 I phoned again. Same thing agent will phone me... today the 04/12/2018 at 9:00 i honed again, no the agent will phone me back in 10minute. it is 30 later and still no phone call. Never again will i place a order online with them
